The Effect of Exercise on Mental Health Symptoms

We don't want people to get the wrong message of just exercising for 12 weeks. The way to look at it is after 12 weeks, they can experience sort of optimal benefits,. Then if they continue exercising longer-term, then they'll be able to maintain those benefits in mental health symptoms. And I think going back to the exercise prescription variables, it really highlights the importance of changing up the exercise prescription.
