Overcoming Burnout - The First Thing You Need to Do When Your Time Management Is Out of Control
When we don't manage our time properly, it can be a huge problem. I'm going to go through a handful of things that i have done repeatedly to just get things back on track. The first thing you need to do when your time management and your schedules just completely explode is hit the paws button. Take one hour, shut door, set a timer, if you have to, and if one hour seems daunting, then break it down into maybe 20 minute or 30 minute chunks.
