Justice Jackson went with the Roberts group and not with Sotomayor and Kagan. That maybe tells us something about where she is on that institutionalist axis. We just, we don't know who's Ox is going to get bored. Everyone should have to say where they're going to fall with pork producers before we know what the next case will be.
