Interval Weight Loss Is Not About Deprivation
interval weight loss approach where you're getting a person to lose weight in blocks. And we show that you lose about 11 kilos over the course of 12 months. That is compared to a traditional calorie restriction, traditional diet, where you lose about five to six kilos. So it's roughly double because remember what you typically see with the diet is a decrease to about six months. Now, translation of interval weight loss only came out in the form of books in 2017, the online version comes out in 2020.
