i think the most rewarding part was being able to collaborate with the directors o of the setes and really get their insight as to what they were lacking. And it's so important to have channel partners like pappyhall ranch and, you know, all these other like virgin hotels and peter barlow,. All these these people that are involved in this programm come in and donate their time or, youknow, donate their equipment, or whatevver capacity to enhance that experience and to hance that learning. Ah, which is the most rewarding for me. i think budgetary challenges, justifying certain things and making sure that the programme was built out the way it needed to be,
