I have phases of intense stress and phases where I'm feeling pretty good. But there are some things I do every day to really look after myself. Every night when I'm in bed, before I go to bed, I keep a little diary and I rate my mental health for that day on a scale of one to five. That brings me so much peace and gratitude. And then in the morning, another thing I do also phone related, I don't look at my phone for the first half an hour after I wake up. So that's an important one too.
