And when that all goes horribly wrong, you get a wage price spiral and it affects everybody badly. I do think that mortgage costs are going to continue to go up. The hit for people who were affected by this through housing costs, most directly mortgage holders, but also renters because landlords often pass it on will continue to be felt after inflation itself has subsided.
