Henry: One of my favorite books and I'm sure one of yours is the Emith by Michael Gerber. He talks about to build your business as if it's going to be a franchise, even if it's a one location or that's all you ever want to grow it to. You build it such that you have systems in place that it could be replicated. Henry: And then of course, that fits into preparing for franchise if that's what you might end up doing,. That's what you were talking about there with making sure it can be replicated.
