i realized that most of the time, when i laid down to go to bed, i had a kind of negative view on what had happened so far in the day. So i just tried to create that part inside of my brain. And all of a sudden, i started feeling a lot better. There's this kind of energy and enthusiasm that can come from like, a natural cultivation of positive parts inside of ourself. When you like yourself, you're kind of on your own team.
