What Are the Low Oxenate Vegetables?

All the greens that aren't the three we talked about are fine. The crests of ruegula, lettuce, they're really low cabbage. Kale is okay, but cook it. Don't make mountains of dehydrated kale chips and eat tons of the ends. We go with white rice, like Asian-grown rice in fermenting their rice noodles. White pepper is the right version of black pepper. You can switch that easily.
