How to Develop an Adaptive Leadership Style
A great leader at a solid company can become adaptive in an environment where things are so chaotic. The key is to not feel the need or to feel compelled to respond every time some piece of information comes your way, she says. "The synthesis every day how do you take this information that's coming your way and using it to form a worldview" She adds there will be a big lag between receiving lots of new information and deciding what your organization is going to do differently.
