The Future of Science and Religion

The 21st century could be an extraordinarily rich period for dialogue between science and religion if you go about it the right way. I think that actually the idea of personhood is a theological term really or at least originally a theological term in Western thought. Now this isn't an exclusively religious, you could tell it's a philosophical issue, but it is definitely an issue that religions have been profoundly interested in and that have a great deal of wisdom to draw on. We're going to see a lot more of that in the 21st century because science is in lots of different ways parking its tanks on the lawn of humanity.
