The main problem would be the protein. It's just hard to put together foods that have a complement of essential amino acids. The other option would be plant-based protein isolates that are hemp. 10 years ago there was plant protein, but it had a lot of carbs in it. And nowadays you can get 30 grams of protein with like one or two or maybe three grams of carbs. That completely fits into a vegan ketogenic diet.
