The egg futures were kind of delisted in the early 70s because even back then the concentration was so high that there wasn't enough liquidity to keep it from being manipulated. There is a degree of higher costs that have been reflected into the price of eggs and it kind of has to happen. Like you said, corn price just blew up when the Ukrainian war started and we haven't gotten much relief since then.
