How to Hire a CEO Against Core Values

The hiring squad is a group of people who get together frequently to talk about hiring committees. They were recruited against core values very definitively, and they're evaluating candidates sort of against the core values first and foremost. The third piece would be like a pretty strong focus on what I'll call it. You call it grit, call it resilience, call it mental toughness. We need to be identifying people who can handle stress and, you know, sort of deal with that and keep moving forward.
