Instead, its focused and even obsessed over private individual actions. There have been endless fights about, do you wear a mass or not? Wear a mask? Should you be forced or not forced to wear a maskdo did you take the vaccine or not? should you be mandated to stay home? Et cetera, et cetera. But they never are, very rarely, make any reference to what institutions are doing
