The Importance of Reading for Children
I couldn't believe that I was not a reader. Those have been the turning points which make me believe that this is worth a cause and every child should be raised in a library. Every day when you meet a child and you hear him talking about his books, it's worth all the hardships that we encounter. Then you're ready to restart again. We've had a lot of dormant readers getting connected to book sensing. And that inspires me every day. The books inspire me. The children inspire me. My own mentors and literacy coaches I work with in the US, they inspire me to believe that it is worth acause. It is the right to be raised inA library.
