I know your company reasonably well. I just think there's so much to learn, and i think it's been such a remarkable story of growth and great culture and leadership. And they really care about building brands. And that was something that also really attracted me the long term. Like building a branequity and treating it as something very special that you have to nurture and you have to really protect. They are all alive and so passionate about that. That was a place i wanted to be. As a woman, i'll say now, he always says that he doesn't make any important decision without a woman at the ta,. having learned so much from his mother.
