How to Lose Weight and Maintain a Healthy Body
When you're in a calorie deficit, you're going to lose some muscle, some fat. Um, but I would say have a plan to make, make it, to increase the likelihood that you're losing mostly fat and minimizing the loss of everything else. Eating more whole foods versus ultra processed foods eat on the higher end of protein intake again to try to preserve what muscle lean body mass that you can,. um, sleep and then, um, meeting your carbohydrate needs.
