If you have mild social anxiety or anxiety in general around meeting women, then your first step is going to be something really small. Figure out what is it, what is that fear, and figure out how you can hold yourself accountable to it. I'd say that's probably one of my bigger tips here. It would be going to meet up groups and finding anywhere where there's people around. That could even mean it going to a bar. This sounds very like weird to do. But again, we're giving you small steps to get over stuff.
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
