Dopamine Precursors and Co-Factors Boost Your Serotonin?

Dopamine precursors and co-factors are nutrients that your brain uses to convert those aminos. So for me, I almost every day am taking dopamine precursors. Acetylcholine, I try to boost my acetylcholine three or four days a week. It helps with verbal fluency but also heavy mental processing like writing longer form text. And then GABA, I tryto boost my GABA again, probably two or three days a week when I really want to make sure I get a good night's rest.
