Do People Sensibly Understand the Significance of the Threat?
Do people sufficiently understand the significance of the threat? I was thinking back to prior to nine 11, and how difficult it was to get policy makers in both in both parties. Our country has a way of not dealing with an issue until there's a crisis, right? We weren't pro active on terrorism before 9/11. So that worries me here, rit is, does something bad have to happen before we wake up and realize what we have to do here visiv china? i worry about that a lot, too.
