The Importance of Emotional Design

We can't avoid ethics when you get into the emotional side of design and it's artificial intelligence. I'm trying to understand who gets to decide what is ethical because that's not just a feeling inside me. It's something else. That's the really troubling thing. We have some right directions to go in, which is to think and embrace the messy complexity of emotions.
