I think we're a lot more liberal than we used to be. Some of the old textbooks say you have to stop all these drugs before you do it. The true evidence-based studies, the population studies that have looked at this, as long as they're not on an aldo antagonist, you don't need to worry about it. You can just do the aldo-rediting ratio on all the drugs except for the a Aldo antagonist. Especially in a young woman, you know, she was a real setup for a real lanninoma. She's still my dialysis patient, like I still see her and that mistake, it haunts me.
