Simon Kars: Creativity is a filtering challenge. If you put your filters up too high, no new information comes in and you end up with tunnel vision. But if you leave your filters too low, you're getting all sorts of random inputs that you don't need. Leaders Eat Last was born out of the fact that I had trust issues with people I was working with. And then the infinite game started out.
