Yes, ithink it's a great question. Sa, when i think about ego systems, the ecosystem is incerd because the ecosystem is the structure of activities to deliver something. It's that something, it's that value proposition in which things get chord. And by anchoring the strategy discussion in the value trying to be created, we can avoid all kinds of traps and pitfalls.
