The C's of Easy Running

If your training plan just has a certain amount of mileage on the plan itself, then that is a great candidate for an easy effort. Make sure those runs are conversational. At no point should you be flailing around. The final C is comfortable. It's not something where you are stretching. Your breathing isn't labored. Your heart rate isn't super high. And you just feel comfortable when you're out there running.
