How Hard Is It to Evaluate a Coach?

i don't want a detouris too much here, but you're, youre in us. Land on a topic that i've thought about a lot over the years - how hard it is to evaluate a coach given the limited information we have from the outside. Even even when you go hard corin and you know their play book inside and out, you still don't have the full picture of sort of evaluating them as coach. I think there's probably been phenomenal coaching jobs on nba teams that have won, like, 30 games, on college teams that are suddenly 500 instead of seven and 27.
