James Moore: Do you have any sense over time that discrimination is getting better, getting worse, staying the same in this country? The big change we're seeing and it is tied in part to the Me Too movement, the social justice worry movement. We used to estimate less than 4 percent of victims were reported. And I think the higher focus on this field could result in better outcomes hopefully over the next 10 years. James Moore: How are we going to know when things are okay? Or do we just admit that things are likely never to be okay?
