The Ministry of Finance Is Preparing a Draft Notification for the Green Credit Program
The green credit program will try and ensure equivalence between the various activities in different sectors which would then earn the same number of green credits. The involvement of the equity does give an indication that it is going to start with agroforestry and forestry. And for that, I think to some extent, there are valuation mechanisms under the Forest Conservation Act and other kinds of initiatives that are already in place.
