CNN's John Sutter looks at a new type of weapon that we may have learned about last year. In Cuba, U.S. citizens who were serving there reported hearing loss and other ailments. They heard a distinct, loud-pitched, incredibly annoying and painful sound in unusual places including their homes. This is interesting because ethically, there's a little bit of a pickle when it comes to tax money being spent on classified technology.
