The Benefits of a Low-Carb Diet
The goal should be to eventually get to a point of unrestricted dietary freedom. That's exactly where I want to be myself and that's where I think most of my clients want to be. If people can find a strategy, whether it be low-carb or high-carb or whatever, that works well. But also they have the opportunity to exercise unrestricted dietary freedom and get better results.
