The Importance of God's Providence
The Mars Hill saga barely scratches the surface of awful relationships that I was processing at the time. The way the story goes, you can see God's providence all over Jeremiah's life. But it will be hard to say that the author of lamentations had an overall happy life. Sometimes I've wondered if God did a very good job at sparing me from toxic work environments. Was it really part of God's plan that I'd be spared from Mars Hill? Maybe.
