Steve Baker worked at the Federal Trade Commission for a long time. He studied romance scams for the Better Business Bureau and he doesn't pull punches. This is the number one source of complaints and the money, largest money loss for individuals. A lot of these victims are emotionally devastated. Everybody there has at least thought of suicide.
