There really is absolutely nothing wrong with eating when you're not hungry or with continuing to eat when you're full. So it's only natural when you've been restricting to eat to a very high level of fullness. It's really your body's way of protecting you as we've talked about so much on the podcast. If even just thinking about these possibilities makes you feel resistant or flooded with anxiety, that indicates some fairly disordered eating.
