What's the Difference Between a Game and a Sim?
Spelanke and mindcraft have in common, i think, kind of, probably not by coincidence. Like all the different blocks, even the ones that you're not meant to be able to break, have health. And people whoe speed run that game do stuff that none of the designers ever anticipated. The only reason that's possible is because they designed a very general purpose system. I feel like that's also something that merse of sims have become a thing, at least by name,. for sure, in this past decade. Maybe more care than ever a paid paid to that element.
