The Outward Call of the Holy Spirit

Gospel is the means that god has called people to himself, to an able response. The calvinist ultimately makes the gospel without any power at all because it plishes nothing that regeneration itself doesn't accomplish. That's the arminian view. They do not see anction between the external call of the gospel and the inward, effectual call of the holy spirit applied only to god's elect. So repent of your sin to day, believe in jesus.
