Prisoner of the Year - Stefan Kishko

Stefan Kishko was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Leslie Malseed. His mental state deteriorated diagnosed with depression paranoia and emotional instability. In May 1978 nearly two years after his murder conviction Stefan's legal team launched an appeal. Lord Justice Nigel Bridge ruled that there were no grounds whatsoever to condemn the jury's verdict of murder as unsafe or unsatisfactory.
