I don't know if in the States, you have these housing associations because there's no bylaws. But in Canada, you got bylaws that kind of protect you from a lot of that stuff. So then it becomes this kind of cliquey bitchy thing. This is the one thing. The local drama where your fence is too high. Do they have to enforce any of this? They can find you.
