If you have habits that really matter to you, then those ar areas where splurging is a great thing. Over the last 18 months, one of the biggest areas i've really intentionally tried to move the needle in and it's worked,. as is working out. And so in those areas, i'll do two things at once. Both demand myself to be disciplined and stick to what i i've said i'm going to commit to and what i're going to goin an do. In order to support that, i give myself kind of cart blanche to go and find tools and exercise equipment and random littleThings that you find to make it more of a game.
