There's so much of our world that you know I talk about how there's really two pieces to being. The first is that you provide some sort of value and then the second piece is that others believe that too. Some people are just really good at convincing others that they provide value and they don't have the first piece. We should be writing our own narrative and guiding others view of who we really are of where we really can enrich.
Laura Huang is a professor at Harvard Business School. She joins us on the show to to dissect the topic of adversity and how we can find a way forward when it comes into the picture.
