Diversity in the Workplace
Gaudum was a fascinating place to work, but it also showed up how little training and structure we're given when you don't have that journalistic background. There was not as many structures that were put in place to prevent sort of like trouble occurring,. So if you had a disagreement, then it wouldn't just be a disagreement. It would be something that could be sorted out through traditional structures. When it comes to that area, there's a lot more silence and people tend to be missing an action, which is interesting to see. People came to me for when I wrote for new outlets. And luckily they probably needed someone who was brown and wanted to write for them.
