I get a question a lot especially with newly promoted leaders and that question is of imposter syndrome. How do you suggest people handle that and deal with it? Well one I have it just as much as everybody does Okay, I mean let's just acknowledge it like imposter syndrome is universalYeah, I think the first sign that somebody for sure has imposter Syndrome is somebody saying they don't have it Or have never felt it Because they're again. All of us all of us are in rooms where we're going hold on a second Right For real, you know?"
