The Need for a Whistleblower Protection Commission
The current knack bill does the bare minimum when it comes to protecting whistleblowers, and it must go further. Unless the knack can foster trust and confidence among such individuals that they'll be protected and empowered in speaking up, they will remain silent. The creation of the National Anti-Corruption Commission was a prime time for it to be done. This would be embodied by overseas and enforces with sublime awe,. But it would have a central critical function within the knack, protecting and empowering knack with sublowers. Unfortunately, that body was missing from the government's legislation.
