Paul Waldman says privacy was invented in the late 19th century and is a neoliberal invention. He argues that as long as we remain humans, it's part of us and has been for all time. We need to keep private from anything that we don't want to have in our inner space, he says. "No one has a right to stick their fingers in your internal sacred space," writes Waldman.
