How to Climb Hard

I always thought I had to be really light to climb hard. Now I weigh, I'm five foot 10, little under that. And a meal is a big guy. If you're the type of climber who tends to have muscle and you've been fighting your body type thinking that you need to be light and lean and skinny, just try it out. Just do the experiment of seeing what happens. It's definitely working for me better than anything else ever has.
