The Importance of Brief Briefing in Transition
The time of years happening as well like I know we're talking about September now. It might not be that person's fault you know it might be the leader above them that's sort of made this arrangement and hasn't really properly brief brief the teacher or briefly leader that is expecting to come in deck in deck D. We've got to think carefully if that if that happens then it's very very challenging to pick up mid-year from a class so yeah I mean that's probably another whole episode in itself but it's a consideration anyway.
