Academic De Cathlon - A Brief History

i was terrible at school. Tod believed that with his patient instruction and my awful grades, he could mould me into an academic de cathlon super star. We read an entire economics text book. Whenever i found some part of it inscrutable, tod would frame the topic for me in ways that wer comprehensible. I won gold medals in topics i thought i sucked at, like literature and history. And thanks to tod, i became a very capable academic de cathlete. At the alabama state academic de cath Lon of 19 94, i was the michael phelps of sea students.
