You take it with two glasses of water a it expands in the stomach. So for some patients, they might feel that improved satiety from that. But i just keep thinking of the placebo arm where the placebo group drank, they had the placebo sug pill and still had pretty yokno decent weight loss - so pre loading can be beneficial.
