Fitch's Downgrade of the US Debt to the Bank of Japan

The Bank of Japan just increased interest rates up in the middle of this booming yen denominated bond issuance boom that's happening in Japan. So Fitch had seen an opportunity or a need to just calm everything down and be the cool head. And in order for them to do that they had to do something that would get headlines to look good. I don't see what's in it for them to start to also talk openly about the Bank of Japan policy unsolicited either less perhaps because there are you know capitalist organization in search of money and Revenue.
